HappyDesigner Community Manifesto (English)

As a participant of the HappyDesigner Meetup, your attendance represents a pursuit of knowledge and connection with like-minded individuals. We believe each speaker's presentation will bring you valuable insights. During presentations, please show your appreciation to speakers for their dedication and contributions. When watching live demos: Celebrate successful demonstrations with enthusiastic cheers Offer encouraging applause for attempts that face challenges – we support courage and learning from experience Here, every attempt deserves recognition, and all efforts are valued. Together, we create a supportive environment that makes HappyDesigner Meetup an ideal space for knowledge exchange and friendship building. After each event, we'll share an online feedback form. Your positive feedback and suggestions help us continuously improve. If you're interested in becoming a speaker, consider these questions when preparing your topic: What would you have wanted to tell yourself three months ago? What experiences could benefit others? What time-saving insights can you share? When preparing your presentation: Focus on sharing practical knowledge rather than highlighting personal or company achievements Practice with timing in mind, including buffer time, to feel more comfortable on stage Review your content with the organizer – external feedback often significantly improves quality Let's build an energetic community together, creating a rich environment for learning and exchange.

HappyDesigner Community
