Maylogger is a passionate web designer and VTuber, currently active on Twitch, where he frequently shares insights on web design and creativity, helping others find inspiration and joy in design. Before becoming a VTuber, Maylogger was a renowned web designer in Taiwan, having designed websites for various media outlets, brands, and political figures. He also served as a university lecturer in UI/UX and web design, nurturing many future design talents.

Isabel is a practicing attorney focusing on legal frameworks in emerging technologies, open data, and digital governance of open government. Since joining the g0v civic tech community in 2012, she has been promoting social innovation through collaborative approaches. As a mother of three, she initiated the Sch001 project within g0v to foster digital citizenship among the next generation. She currently serves as a civilian committee member of the Executive Yuan's Smart Nation Initiative, Open Data Advisory Committee, and the Ministry of Digital Affairs' AI Product and System Evaluation Center. From 2020 to 2022, as a civilian committee member of the Legislative Yuan's Open Parliament Committee, she helped complete Taiwan's first "Open Parliament Action Plan."

Additionally, in 2017, she helped establish the Taiwan AI Academy Foundation, where she currently serves as Secretary General, leading curriculum transformation and the open-source AI platform "Wheel of Fire" project. She regularly gives public speeches on the social impact and governance of artificial intelligence.
